Next, you need to click the menu called Tools. This will pop up a drop down menu and from the menu, move down and click the option that is labeled as Options.
• In the window that opens, you need to click the option labeled as E-Mail Options, followed by clicking the tab called Advanced E-mail Options.
• Check the box that says Suggest names while completing the To, Cc and Bcc fields. Checking this check box will enable the auto complete feature in Outlook. Besides this, a tick mark needs to be placed in the box that is seen adjacent to Automatic Name Checking. Now the email address will populate as soon as you type the email address in the appropriate field.
